How can I change my food preferences for my meal plan?
When you create a new meal plan, you will be prompted to enter or update your food preferences along with your weight and goals. These will be taken into account in creating your new updated meal plan.
1. Head to "My Meal Plan".
2. Click the "+New Meal Plan" button at the top of the page.
3. Follow instructions to enter to your latest data, measurements, weight goals, and food preferences.
4. Finish by clicking "Create Meal Plan" button.
5. The confirmation page will remind you that it takes our health and nutrition experts 24 hours to create your new meal plan.
6. When your new plan is ready, click the link in the email we send you to view your new meal plan.
