Your customized meal plan and the recommended daily macros are built by our team of health and nutrition experts based on their analysis of your responses to our My Keto Plan quiz. Your daily macros - or nutrition targets - are created to have 5% of calories coming from carbs, 25% from protein, and 70% from fat and are calculated based on your goal weight, current weight, gender, and activity level along with our proprietary algorithms.
