What can I drink while on the My Keto Plan meal plan?

A useful guideline when following your My Keto Plan meal plan, which is in-line with the Keto diet and low-carb diet, is to choose foods and beverages that are high-fat but low-carb and sugar. Water, coffee, and tea fall into this category - so you may have those. However, you should avoid alcohol, sodas, fruit juices, or any other type of drink that may contain high amounts of carbs and sugar.

Recommended daily water intake while on Keto is 2.5 to 3.5 liters or 10 to 15 cups.
